The viaduct at Edinkillie carried the railway that was important in the historical development of the area and today it is recognised as one of Finderne’s architectural statements of a rich economic heritage. We have, therefore, incorporated the shape of the viaduct into a symbol of a “key” as a representation of the FDT intent to use the rich heritage of Finderne as part of the ambition to unlock the future success.
